Hi Kati — thank you SO much for reading and for taking the time to respond and your very kind words! I don’t like the word alcoholic either. People aren’t smokeaholics, or heroinoholics are they? :)

I know we should be able to rise above the negative stigma of the word alcoholic, but i still dont like it.

I had a slip up but am doing good now, BUT i will be back at home in 3 days and that will be the real test (I am in Nepal on a trek, and am going home to summer in Australia. Agghhhh — hot weather — major trigger :)
