Hi Linda — thank you so much for taking the time to read and write. I have been on Naltrexone and wrote about it a couple of days ago. I submitted it to a journal so just waiting to hear back. I take one a day, but I have read about the Sinclaire method and di try it, but during a period when i was taking the drug but still sabotaging it by drinking heavily. What an idiot.
