I hope so Erwin. Thanks for reading and responding. This time does feel different. 7 days so far, today being the 8th. I have noticed some changes which I am going to write about, interestingly mostly ones that stoke my vanity (I look heaps better). That gives me a hope that I can continue because I can see that every day brings a change (in other ways too)
