Thanks for reading and writing Katherine. I have thought about AA, and looked into local meetings but I just haven't been able to do it. It just seems like such a big statement and I don't think I am ready for that yet. I actually chuckled at the “morbid beauty of an addiction-prone introvert who lives in her head”, made me think of Morticia Addams. I will consider your advice though, it’s probably time to try it.
