Thanks for taking the time to read and respond Sherrie, I really appreciate it. I know its getting to the protecting myself tipping point, which is sad. He is so deep in denial though, and because he is constantly alcohol affected, he can’t even see it.

The only good thing is that at least we live in Australia — no access to guns without very stringent checks etc. We are just not a gun culture.

He could get punched in the face one day I suppose, he can be very obnoxious and arrogant. I hate that persona. I am so sorry about your cousin — how can life be so cheap. What a terrible loss for the family, such traumatic circumstances.
