Thanks so much for reading and taking the time to respond, Mark. I follow you and have read your piece (and clapped for it!) and will read it again now. Admitting I can’t stop once I start drinking has been a big step for me. I used to be able to moderate but not anymore. It is all or nothing. It seems like such a basic, sorry excuse of a flaw but there it is. And admitting to people out loud has really helped. It is amazing what people tell you about their own struggles once they feel safe knowing they won’t be judged because they are telling someone who really gets it. All the best, and thanks again.
