I have printed it out actually and am going to work through it as pointers to help me gather my thoughts about my own relationship with alcohol and struggle to quit. Very helpful piece and very insightful. I am jealous that at 27 you had such fabulous insights. I’m twice your age and haven’t got there yet :(
