Why I Blocked Someone on Medium
The trigger was real….but my reply got me lots of fans. Go figure!
The Medium Daily Digest is a funny thing. It really drills down on a topic once you have clicked on related stories/subjects a few times.
So much so that sometimes I have to call “enough” and get off that bandwagon before I suffer major overload... which can be a bad thing when the topic in question is one that has brought your trauma.
That topic for me lately has been narcissism. Boy, are there heaps of pieces on good old Narcs once you venture down that rabbit hole.
I am in a process of learning about the “N” word, which is an incredibly eye-opening thing to learn about. I never knew there were people out there so untroubled by inflicting misery on others.
I am just lucky that most of my life had been spent around “normal” people. Sadly now though I have figured out what is going on with one of my significant relationships. It is not pretty.
So, to the offensive piece…
